The Roseville Premier Academy is a supplemental development program run by our professional technical staff and runs parallel to the regular year-round soccer season. Players must be selected by their coaches to participate in the Academy. The program is run by some of the best coaches in the area, with many years of experience coaching and mentoring players at the DA, ECNL and NPL level who later on went to play MLS or professionally overseas.
The Academy focuses on individual player development compared to team development. A personalized IDP (Individual Development Plan) is created with each player together with one of our technical coaching staff.

Roseville Premier trains the best to become even better. Players are selected by their individual coaches to join the Roseville Premier Academy (RPA) run by our licensed Technical Staff. As part of the Academy, players attend regular supplemental training sessions along with fellow Academy Players across all age groups from U9-U19. The program is mentally and physically challenging. It creates the best learning environment for players to develop their Soccer IQ, skill sets and physical attributes in pressure situations.

After an initial evaluation period, Academy Players receive their own Individual Player Development Training (IDPT) plan, created by our Technical Staff. Players then work together with our technical staff to meet their development goals, which are consistently measured and evaluated. Players must show continuous improvement at the highest level to maintain their elite spot in the Roseville Academy.

Players who consistently progress and achieve their goals will be selected to participate and try out for the local PDP programs. These are sister programs, similar to the Roseville Premier Academy, that combine the best talent from all local clubs to train and compete together.
Top performers can earn spots on traveling tournaments teams that attend showcase events across the US and Europe, managed through the International Prospect Academy or even try out for the German Residency program 'Talentprojekt'
International Pathways
International Pathways
FC Bayern is one of the largest, most successful soccer clubs in the world. Up to four (4) official FCB International Youth Coaches travel to Roseville, CA to train local players for (4) days during the Summer Camp Series. (June 20-23) If chosen, up to (10) players will be invited to attend a one-week training experience at the FCB Campus in Munich, Germany in the fall.
