We Are Roseville Premeir

Soccer Done The Right Way.

Roseville Premier is the year soccer program in South Placer County, run by accredited, licensed, experienced coaches at a price. We believe that pay-to-play does mean better coaches or a better player development path. Quite the contrary.

Dating back to 1986, when the founder Joe Tapia had the vision of giving local Roseville kids a way to play soccer, the Roseville YSC has been instrumental in making the Roseville area a hotbed of soccer talent, helping players go on and play collegiately & professionally, or simply enjoying the game at a higher level throughout childhood.

We are proud of our role in bringing the great game of soccer to the Roseville and South Placer County community.

A Tradition of Fun & Enjoyment

We know that there are a number of Soccer Cubs that you can join in the immediate area. We value that you chose to join Roseville Premier because that means that you value the enjoyment of youth sports and not the 'win-at-all-cost' mentality. We support the values of good sportsmanship and camaraderie that make our teams great and that allow the youth players to maintain the enjoyment of the greatest game in Sports.

competitive soccer Program Overview

We are Roseville Premier, the competitive side of the Roseville Youth Soccer Club.

As the largest soccer club in Northern California, Roseville Premier is proud to have been the home club to thousands of soccer players since the mid 80's, starting from the U6 age group playing all the way up into College.

The RYSC Mission:

Our mission is that no player will be denied the ability to play soccer based on financial hardship, their ethnicity, or their background.

The RYSC Club Vision:

To provide the best youth soccer program that serves all levels of players, consistent with our core values.

Our Philosophy is simple:

Provide a fun, safe and competitive environment which encourages the love and respect for the game of soccer.

When we focus on the development of players, then players are judged not by wins and losses, but by their talent, skill & work ethic. This will produce teams that compete at the highest levels of competitive youth soccer in our community while maintaining the enjoyment of youth soccer.

Why Choose Roseville Premier:

Proven track record of producing top level teams with a player centric approach and focus on development. We are the affordable year-round soccer program because of USSF licensed volunteer coaches. We maintain a Club- wide training curriculum based on USSF player development standards and offer year round or seasonal playing opportunities.

Our Roseville Premier Coaches:

All Roseville Premier coaches are experience and credentialed by USSF. In early 2018, USSF rolled-out the GrassRoots Coaching Curriculum. Roseville Premier is proud to be an early adapter and as one of only clubs in our region, to have the entire Roseville Premier coaching staff complete their GrassRoots certification before the beginning of the 2018 season.

All Roseville Premier Coaches  hold the National USSF D License or are in the process of acquiring the National D. Just like players develop, we ask that our coaches develop. Continued Coaching Education is pursued through the US Soccer Learning Center as well as NSCAA classes and seminars.
